SMS Consent and Program Information

1. Program Purpose

The Prestige Design Build LLC Estimate Request Alerts program sends internal, transactional notifications about new website estimate requests, appointments, project updates, and customer care. Messages are intended only for authorized Prestige Design Build LLC owners and staff responsible for responding to those requests.

These alerts are not marketing messages. Prospective customers are not enrolled merely because they submit the public estimate-request form.

2. Written Opt-In Process

Authorized owners and staff opt in by completing and signing the form below. The consent checkbox is blank and unchecked by default. After receiving the signed form, a Prestige Design Build LLC administrator records the recipient's name, mobile number, signature, and consent date before manually adding that number to the internal notification list. Signed consent records are retained.

Enrollment is voluntary and separate from any purchase or other service. A recipient may decline SMS consent and remain an authorized company representative.

3. Enrollment Confirmation

After written consent is recorded and the number is added to the notification list, the recipient receives this confirmation:

4. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on estimate-request, appointment, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless plan.
