4. SMS/Text Message Terms

Program and message types

The Prestige Design Build LLC Estimate Request Alerts program provides transactional notifications concerning estimate requests, appointments, project updates, and customer care. Text messages are sent only to phone numbers whose users have separately and expressly agreed to receive them, including authorized business representatives who receive estimate-request notifications.

Consent

By opting in, you authorize Prestige Design Build LLC to send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Submitting the website estimate form alone does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on estimate-request, appointment, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out and support
